The Team

We are currently seeking a Senior Program Management Engineer for our Transportation-Infrastructure Practice.  

 

From managed toll lanes and long-range corridor plans to complex interchanges, major roadway, and segmental bridge designs, our teams provide the highest quality planning, environmental and engineering design solutions to our clients.  Each day, we partner with transportation agencies and local governments across the country to keep our communities moving and improving the overall quality of life.   By joining our team, you too can lead the evolution of transportation.

The Opportunity

This position would be responsible for managing planning and design of Port related business.  The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, engineers, planners, architects and subconsultants. Additional responsibilities include: serving as Project Manager for design or GEC related projects, implementing quality control procedures for all projects, performing marketing efforts to fulfill the firm’s strategic objectives, and participation on technical committees of national professional organizations.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's of Engineering degree from an accredited university
  • Florida PE (professional engineer)
  • 12+ years of work experience 
  • Experience in design and/or project management of maritime, port, structures, seawalls, and other related areas
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and drafting programs (ie: Microstation)
  • Experience as a leader of the profession of engineering within the community
  • Experience leading teams on general consulting, multi-discipline, and multiple task driven contracts
  • Excellent project management, documentation, and administrative experience
  • Proven client management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in business development and marketing
