The Team

We are currently seeking a CADD Technician for our Transportation- Infrastructure Practice.  


From managed toll lanes and long-range corridor plans, to complex segmental bridges, our teams are working in the field and in the office while providing the highest quality infrastructure and facility solutions. Each day, we partner with transportation agencies and local governments across the country to keep our communities moving. The Opportunity

The CADD Technician will be responsible for preparing civil drawings and coordinating construction document production for a variety of traffic and ITS infrastructure projects.


  • High school diploma required
  • College or other applicable advanced training beyond minimum requirements is desirable and may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis
  • 4+ years of experience in the development of engineering CADD drawings using Microstation
  • Must be able to thrive within a team environment working with a wide variety of transportation professionals on fast paced projects with accelerated deadlines
  • Occasional travel and field work
  • Preferable engineering drawing experience includes (but not limited to) transportation projects with signing and pavement marking, signalization, lighting, and intelligent transportation system construction plans
  • FDOT project experience is most desirable
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to work on a variety of projects in transportation engineering, including in signing and pavement marking, signalization, lighting, and intelligent transportation system
  • Identify and resolve design issues effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to interact, collaborate and communicate (verbally and written) with design and construction teams in a positive and proactive manner
  • Self-starter and willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision
