  • The Opportunity

    We are currently seeking an experienced Assessor for our Transportation-Construction Management practice in Denver, Colorado. 

     

    The Assessor / Inspector will be responsible for planning and conducting Construction Verification and Process Audits on the construction Work products. The position will also perform Process Audits on the implementation of construction work activities. Such activities include the procedural requirements prescribed in the Project Agreement and/or an approved Management Plan. The Assessors shall be thoroughly familiar with all relevant CDOT forms and documentation and their requirements.

     

    Qualifications:                                                                 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant study preferred
    • EIT or PE preferred
    • 5+ years’ experience in CEI Inspection
    • Experience with MOT, Utilities, Surveying, Roadway Pavements, Earthworks, Drainage, Railroads, Signing, Striping, Lighting, Covered MEP System, Structures, Landscaping and Aesthetics, Environmental (including erosion control), Operations and Maintenance during Construction (O&M) and Safety.
