  • The Opportunity

    RS&H is seeking Entry Level Water Resources Engineers to help airports meet regulatory requirements and complex engineering challenges. 

     

    Work locations include: Austin, TX, Denver, CO, Detroit, MI, Houston, TX and San Antonio, TX.

      The Opportunity

      The position will be responsible for the design of storm water management facilities for airport projects, including collection systems and various types of best management practices, and preparation of environmental permitting documentation including wetland impacts, floodplain loss determination, storm water discharge criteria and other necessary documentation and exhibits. Additional responsibilities will include production of project deliverables such as plans, reports and specifications. The position will report directly to and be under the supervision of a registered Professional Engineer.

       

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
      • Undergraduate or graduate level Water Resources specific coursework.
      • 0 - 4 years of Water Resources specific experience / internship experience within the Civil or Environmental Engineering Field.
      • EI certification.
      • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and AutoCAD (Civil 3D, a plus) required for use in completing assignments.
