  • The Opportunity

    RS&H is currentlyseeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator in Denver, Colorado. 

    The Opportunity:

    Due to continued growth within the company, we have an opportunity located in our Denver office for a talented IT professional with a varied technical background. This position will provide support for network and telecommunication connectivity related issues, audio/visual technologies, and the server and storage infrastructure for over 60 offices in our firm. Along with these responsibilities, the position will provide 2nd tier desk side support for the local office for various hardware and software platforms and will collaboratively work with the business and other IT associates to provide day-to-day support for a wide range of technologies across the enterprise.


     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide setup and support of network and communication systems, including, but not limited to, Local Area Network (LAN) systems, Wide Area Network (WAN) systems, telephone systems, VPN, and wireless technologies for the firm.
    • Act as the company liaison to our network providers. Provide regular updates to management concerning outages and performance issues.
    • Install, configure, and maintain servers (physical/virtual), routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Perform configuration changes, updates and upgrades to systems and applications as directed.
    • Install and support conference room audio/visual equipment firm wide.
    • Augment end user support to the company as needed. Resolve incidents and service requests, including logging tickets in the tracking system, to document problems.
    • Assist in the local deployment and setup of desktops, laptops, phones, and voicemail to new employees.
    • Other duties and projects as assigned by management.



    • Associates Degree in a computer related field required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
    • Preferred candidate will have relevant technical certifications such as A+, Network+, CCNA, MCSA
    • 5+ years of experience working in an IT support role.
    • 3 – 5 years of experience in supporting server and network related technologies.
    • 1 – 2 years of experience supporting Cisco Call Manager.
    • Experience with SD-WAN technologies is a plus.
    • Experience with Nutanix or other hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) is desired.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows with the ability to solve complex workstation issues.
    • Experience working in an architecture or engineering firm a plus.
