  • The Opportunity

    We are currently seeking a Senior Toll Systems Program Manager for the Transportation-Infrastructure Practice.

    The Senior Toll Systems Program Manager position will include an emphasis on Back Office Toll Operations, program management, transportation technology, business management, and client relations. Candidate will provide program management services and recommendations to assist clients with systems procurements, back office operations, contract management, customer service operations, and additional toll operations technical aspects associated with ongoing management and expansion of their facilities and systems. Candidate must have the ability to develop / build upon working relationships with clients and other consultants as well as participate on technical committees of national professional organizations related to the practice area. Candidate will act as embedded staff in a government client’s office and will supervise staff along with overseeing client contract(s) as directed.

     

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's degree is required; preferably focused on engineering, information technology, or related field
    • Ten or more years of related tolls work experience
    • Experience in the management, planning and implementation of state of the art tolling projects (general consultant or program management)
    • Experience in Information Technology and Tolls Technology & Operations is required
    • Experience with transportation technology or roadway ITS Systems is a plus
    • Prior experience with troubleshooting issues that impact Operations and Customer Service and with client solution recommendations
    • Ability to develop scope, requirements, selection criteria and specifications for the procurement of goods and services for technology programs
    • Direct experience working with a Tolls Back Office and associated business rules implementation is preferred
    • Active member in local/regional/national associations such as ITS International, AASHTO or IBTTA is preferred
    • Occasional travel required
