We are currently seeking a Construction Administrator II for our Corporate Practice.
The Construction Administrator II is a mid-level position that focuses on program management and construction administration assignments, compiles field data, performs construction document coordination, completes field observation reports, assists with evaluation of RFIs, submittals and change order requests, and observes ongoing and completed construction projects. Candidate will be asked to provide construction administration duties on projects designed by RS&H as well as provide program management duties or “owner’s representative” services on projects that may involve outside design teams. Position requires an ability to manage multiple projects, as well as collaborate with professional design and construction teams, staff and clients. Candidate must also have the ability to work independently representing the firm using mature judgment in planning, organizing, and executing construction administration/program management duties. Additional essential skill sets and abilities include familiarity with project scheduling, fiscal budgeting and management, real estate acquisition support and due diligence, design oversight including coordination with vendors and value engineering.
