  • The Opportunity

    We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for the Transportation-Infrastructure Practice.

    In this role, you will have an incredible opportunity to support areas related to our client communication and marketing activities. This role includes significant client focus that support Practice marketing, business development, and sales initiatives. Internal coordination with our technical and corporate marketing and communications teams will be common, and will require excellent organizational skills to execute all assignments.  

    Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Providing support to project managers and client management teams by collaborating and contributing to marketing strategy for targeted clients and client submittals
    • Collecting and preparing general information for staff resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate information for client submittals
    • Taking direct leadership role in the messaging and development of presell materials, large project pursuits and presentations
    • Providing printing, binding, and production-related support for proposal materials
    • Evaluating technical content to make sure it satisfies all RFP requirements and company brand standards
    • Conducting basic market research within the A/E/C industry, to include competitor materials and client trends
    • Supporting our defined QA/QC procedures for all marketing materials developed, including reviewing and editing materials for readability and compliance
    • Contributing intelligence related to clients and competitors to support opportunities/pursuits


    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, English, Communications, Business Administration or related field
    • At least 7 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years in the A/E/C industry
    • Knowledge of FDOT requirements; familiarity with other DOT clients a plus (GDOT, VDOT, TxDOT, NCDOT)
    • Excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical and presentation/ presentation coaching skills
    • Proficiency in basic marketing, communication, and graphics design processes
    • Ability to manage multiple, complex proposals simultaneously and to lead pursuit teams with limited supervision
    • Collaborative work style and highly-motivated with strong drive to succeed
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint), Adobe InDesign and other relevant applications
    • Ability to travel at least 15-20% of the time in support of the various Large Project Pursuits
    • Involvement with local chapter of marketing-related associations desired (such as SMPS or WTS)
