  • The Opportunity

    RS&H is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Aviation Practice.


    Targeted work locations: Denver, CO, Los Angeles, CA, and San Francisco, CA. 


    We are currently seeking a Marketing/Project Coordinator II for our Aviation Practice to research, create content, and produce proposals (possibly content for presentations) and coordinate related pursuit materials. The Coordinator should be passionate about the pursuit success, which drives the sales of the company by strengthening new and existing client relationships. The candidate should be highly creative and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative work environment. The position will be responsible for promoting the Company’s mission through compelling content, storytelling, proposal/presentation theming, and messaging.


    As a Marketing/Project Coordinator II, also known as an Aviation Marketing Coordinator, you will work both independently, as well as collaborate in a team environment. Critical thinking and problem solving skills will challenge you and allow your can-do attitude to shine through. As an expert in prioritizing multiple tasks, the need to adapt to changing priorities and direction leverages your excellent time management skills to drive proposal/presentation schedules balancing multiple deadlines with the need for quick turnaround. Balanced by your creative talents, you will use graphics (such as photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to improve communication within written and electronic documents.


    Additional responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

    • Primary responsibilities include pursuit work plan coordination, pursuit content production, and coordination of Request for Qualifications/Proposals (RFQ/P) responses keeping in mind RS&H's goals, objectives, and writing style
    • Advance and Active Proposal/Presentation coordination, writing, editing, and production
    • Review of active RFQ/Ps and ensuring the writing conforms to the evaluation criteria
    • Ensure overall compliance with all RFQ/P requirements
    • Under the guidance of client managers, proposal managers, project officers, and/or other pertinent proposal team members, generate appropriate compliant text/graphics and incorporate information from subject matter experts to be included in the pursuit
    • Coordinate proposal/project kick-off meetings, as well as plan schedules, timelines, etc.
    • Tailor resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, presentations, etc. for pursuits
    • Proofread and edit documents/materials for submission to clients 


    • Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, media/PR, business, or related field
    • Minimum of 3+ years of prior work experience within A/E/C industry (5+ years of relevant experience may be substituted)
    • A minimum of 3+ years of Adobe InDesign experience (in the A/E/C industry a benefit)
    • Adobe PhotoShop CC (or higher) experience is beneficial
    • Adobe Illustrator CC (or higher) experience is beneficial
    • Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
    • Deltek Vision (or experience with other relational database programs) experience is a plus
    • Knowledge and experience with Standard Form 330 preparation a plus
    • Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills a must
    • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
