The Opportunity

RS&H is currently seeking an Airport Resident Project Representative (RPR) to join our Aviation Practice. 


This position will be responsible for observing, and recording technical work related to field representation, under the direct supervision of a higher-level engineering technician or engineer. Duties include field observation of earthwork, base course, concrete, and asphalt; oversight of material testing; recording of quantities, maintenance of daily reports, conducting pre-installation meetings and progress meetings on aviation projects.  Travel will be required.



  • 8+ years of related aviation/airfield field construction inspection experience
  • Familiarity working in an active airfield operational environment
  • Familiarity with FAA technical specifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree desired
