The Opportunity

RS&H is seeking an Enterprise Marketing Account Manager for our Communications, Marketing and Strategy (CMS) team in Jacksonville or Tampa, FL. 

 

The mission of this role is to proactively build, maintain and expand relationships with our practice partners to advance the direction of RS&H in the AEC industry. This role will need to maintain a 360-degree view of the internal stakeholders, clients, pursuit opportunities and all team requests from their assigned market/markets. They must be a knowledge expert for the business including representing the voice of the client internally and the interests of the organization externally.  This position requires expert communication, marketing, branding, and relationship building skills to interact effectively and accomplish objectives at all organizational levels. Must be capable of development and implementation of key marketing strategies, pre & post campaign processes and reporting, while contributing to the strategic direction of the firm. The role requires the ability to produce the work product. This position includes daily account management tasks and a focus on alignment of revenue-generating services, business goals and effective delivery of marketing and communications through various creative mediums.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Growth

  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of the market client's, pain points and trends
  • Performs strategic account planning, based on client insights, practice business objectives, Marketing KPIs and reports progress frequently
  • Participates in the development and delivery of digital content marketing, campaign and program development that aligns with the practice/s and firm’s business goals
  • Act as a brand guardian to maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications
  • Keep pulse on industry publications and editorial calendars to provide recommendations on where to showcase the practice services and expertise
  • Support creation of a robust client experience strategy to ensure that relationships continue to be positive and valuable, while generating opportunities with new clients through referrals and create lead generation tactics

Executional Excellence & Client Service

  • Train all enterprise marketing staff on brand, processes and best practices developed
  • Provide internal focus responsibilities such as ensuring campaigns, reports and projects are functioning properly – escalate improvements to tools and process as needed
  • Maintains solid knowledge of company capabilities; is at ease answering questions from the sales team and client’s regarding capabilities and service offerings
  • Communicate with practice staff on a regular basis and reports regularly on the progress and accomplishment of stated goals by updating metrics that track results
  • Communicate frequently & proactively with Marketing Communications Lead to manage bandwidth and workload, ensuring tasks and assignment deadlines are always 100% met
  • Actively participates in helping to correlate incremental revenue with marketing efforts to align with company revenue goals
  • Responsible for building strong inter-departmental relationships to achieve individual and team objectives

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of alliance, account, or customer management experience in the AEC industry
  • Marketing, communications, social and digital media experience required
  • HubSpot or marketing automation software experience is preferred
  • Strong analysis and research skills
  • Proven ability to use discretion and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle several projects & deadlines
  • Proven experience in facilitating meetings and engagements with multiple stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Proven listening and analytical skills for the purpose of providing potential solutions to business problems and issues
  • Proven ability to work in a rapidly changing environment a plus
  • Involvement in an AEC industry professional organization is a plus
