RS&H is currently seeking a Highway Engineer to join our Transportation Practice in Austin, TX, San Antonio, Texas, or Houston, TX!
The Transportation Engineer will work in a highly flexible, team-oriented environment and must have excellent communication, strong data and analytical, and documentation skills. The successful candidate will function as a professional engineering discipline lead on conventional projects and may serve as a Project Manager on small to moderate scope multidiscipline projects with responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters pertaining to the candidate’s discipline field. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of a professional engineer in meeting project contractual and quality control requirements on transportation projects. The candidate will participate in the collection and analysis of data, technical analysis of transportation projects of varying size and scope, development of recommendations, and report and presentation development. The candidate will provide support to our clients on the state, regional, and local levels.
