RS&H is seeking an Infrastructure Division Lead to join our Transportation Practice in one of our Texas office locations! While Austin, TX is preferred, we will consider qualified candidates from DFW, Houston or San Antonio.
Job Summary: This position is primarily responsible for the sales of the division, including growth and sales for all market segments and service groups. This position has accountability for NSR less than $70 million and partners with regional leadership to administer established policies and guidelines. This position also serves as a project officer; utilization goals should be between 20 - 30%. This position typically reports to an SVP, Regional Leader and is responsible for establishing, implementing, and supporting strategies that have short to mid-term (1-3 years) impact on business results in alignment with functional objectives, including developing plans for optimizing the function or sub-function and the talent required to execute these strategies.
