RS&H is currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in the Moving I-4 Forward Program Office in Celebration, FL.

As part of the Moving Florida Forward team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by providing routine clerical and administrative support; coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments; assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents; coordinating and booking travel and assisting in preparing and submitting expense reports; and serving as a point of contact and resource for visitors.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional education and prior administrative/clerical experience is preferred. 
• Possess basic knowledge of administrative duties and be proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Possess solid oral and written communications skills, as well as attention to detail, and strong organization and prioritization.
• Have the ability to effectively interact with and build relationships with others.
