This role is not about cost-cutting but expanding beyond enabling digital transformation, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible role, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, with the opportunity to shape how we work and deliver for clients. Additionally, this position has the flexibility to be hybrid or fully remote.

The Director of Business Processes is responsible for leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement across the organization, increasing operational efficiency, service excellence, and sustainable growth. Leveraging process optimization methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Business Process Reengineering (BPR), this role will oversee process enhancement, change management, and cross-functional collaboration within the firm.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transforming business processes in professional services environments, improving internal capabilities and client outcomes.
This position works independently, applying advanced knowledge and the ability to evaluate and propose solutions to processes that standardize for scale, improve efficiency and enhance our ability to serve our clients. Problems faced are typically difficult and complex.
