The Opportunity

This position performs routine tasks to support the project team through the use of Computer-aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software.
This position works under moderate supervision with ability for independent decision-making and judgment in the application of standard methodologies and procedures for routine work; problems faced are typically of a routine nature but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.

 

Key Responsibles:

  • Utilizes CADD software packages to create quality and timely deliverables for projects.
  • Processes and organizes data, including the development of topographic surveys, aerial imagery, and project renderings. Integrates data with proposed designs developed by the team.
  • Prepares construction documents for submittal to clients, municipalities, agencies, and others as directed.
  • Develops and processes photorealistic renderings from developed CAD 3D models for use in presentations.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned and within scope of practice.

Requirements: 

  • Typically requires an Associates degree in CADD, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in CADD software.
  • Must possess strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Must have the ability to effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.

The typical salary range for this position in Denver is $51,000 - $78,000 and commensurate with experience relative to the position.
