We are currently seeking an Aviation Architecture Studio Lead to join our team in Denver, Colorado.

As part of the buildings team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by providing leadership to a team of aviation-focused professionals with a shared focus of ensuring client satisfaction and quality outcomes. This position will oversee the delivery of multiple, high-profile design projects that are critical to expanding client relationships and growing our portfolio; drive operational excellence, including profitability, operational efficiency, resource management, and quality deliverables; provide subject matter expertise throughout the project; create an engaging and empowering work environment; lead client relationship development and direct sales activities; consult with strategy leaders to develop and implement pursuit strategies and techniques to improve sales performance; administers go/no go process to improve win rate and increase sales; and ensure quality assurance.

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Have a bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field from an accredited program and 15 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Have an active professional architectural license and be in good standing.
• Have a passion for design and people and project management, and possess a thorough knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, construction techniques, and costs.
• Have a solid knowledge of the aviation market and be capable of marketing services to existing and new clients, and adept at mentoring and encouraging a team to maximize their abilities.
• Possess strong leadership, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to build rapport quickly.

The typical salary range for this position in Denver is $123,195 – $203,283, and commensurate with experience relative to the position.
