The Opportunity

RS&H is currently seeking an experienced service desk analyst to join our team in St Charles, IL.

 

This position can work remotely, in-office, or a hybrid approach. As part of the Technology and Innovation team, you'll serve an integral role in the firm by serving as the first point of contact for the IT team by monitoring incoming requests through various systems, email, and telephone; providing routine support for end user devices and support of the various software applications, including operating systems and Office 365 applications; and authoring knowledge-based articles to be used by all associates.

 

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and three years of service desk experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Be ITIL Foundation certified.
  • Possess solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and peripherals, and have demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot issues.
  • Have strong attention to detail and ability to manage a diverse workload with shifting priorities, as well as solid analytical, decision-making, researching and organizational capabilities.
  • Have solid verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate to and understand people in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements for occasional travel and physical abilities:

  • Flexibility to travel up to 20% or as needed to other office locations.
  • Able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Able to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job.

Salary Information:

  • The base salary range for this position in Illinois is $50,418.00 to $75,680.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
