The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented AEC marketing professional to join our sales enablement team and support our award-winning architects, interior designers, and engineers. This position is a hybrid role and will be based out of our office in Jacksonville, FL, Orlando, FL, Dallas, TX, or Denver, CO. #LI-JG1

As a Marketing Specialist III, you will play a critical role in supporting sales enablement efforts and driving success for moderate to complex projects. This position combines strategic thinking, creative storytelling, problem-solving, and technical precision to help win new work and strengthen client relationships. Your work will directly influence pursuit success and client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaboration: Partner with pursuit managers, architects, interior designers, engineers, and business developers to help develop winning strategies and capture management plans. Work together to leverage industry knowledge and innovative approaches to address challenges and position for successful client outcomes.

Proposal and Presentation Management: Lead and coordinate RFQ/RFP responses, which include managing multiple and concurrent deadlines, implementing winning strategies into document deliverables, verifying compliance, and helping to develop compelling content that communicates key messages.

Content Development: Help craft persuasive narratives, resumes, and project descriptions tailored to client needs for proposals, presentations, and targeted marketing collateral.

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and seven years of progressive experience within marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bring experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers to deliver effective sales enablement support. Be knowledgeable of AEC terminology and industry practices, with a clear understanding of how firms position themselves and compete to win work. Skilled at translating technical concepts into compelling, client-focused messaging that strengthens pursuit strategies and enhances competitive advantage.
  • Facilitate productive meetings that invite diverse perspectives, critical and strategic thinking, and collaborative problem-solving; guide pursuit teams in synthesizing multiple ideas into a unified plan that achieves broad buy-in and drives successful project outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong self-direction and accountability while thriving in cross-disciplinary teams; actively seek, receive, and apply feedback and coaching from leaders; consistently deliver high-quality work independently—without the need for micromanagement—while communicating progress, risks, and resource needs proactively.
  • Apply strategic thinking, critical analysis, and creative problem-solving to support teams in developing and refining pursuit and proposal strategies that position the team for success.
  • Have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Skilled at setting clear priorities, organizing workload, and adapting to shifting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality. Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills for timely delivery of all assignments.
  • Help maintain and update proposal content, client data, and pursuit records within CRM and other enterprise databases to help preserve accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for sales enablement and marketing initiatives.
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities, enabling clear, professional, and courteous interactions. Skilled at building and maintaining trusted working relationships across diverse teams, demonstrating professional courage to address challenges constructively, and guiding and influencing others toward shared goals.
  • Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite products, including Adobe InDesign and Acrobat.

Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:

  • Certified professional services marketer (CPSM) and/or other industry-specific certifications.

Hiring Salary Range: $75,000 - $105,000 for this position in Denver, CO. The final agreed-upon compensation is commensurate with experience relative to the position and/or primary work location.
