  • Support training and process teams in developing and delivering training materials, job aids, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Define, track, and analyze change adoption and effectiveness metrics, incorporating feedback to drive corrective actions.
  • Ensure change activities and documentation align with governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale business or technology transformations.
  • Experience supporting process and system change in a corporate or professional services environment.

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to assess organizational readiness and manage resistance constructively.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments.
