RS&H seeks a motivated Aviation Project Manager to join our growing Albuquerque aviation team. What You'll Do

 

Lead Projects End-to-End

  • Lead, develop, and deliver aviation projects from concept through construction – airfield design, pavement engineering, utilities, terminals, and more
  • Oversee production teams, quality assurance, and financial performance
  • Focus on innovative design and technical excellence
  • Coordinate with airports, airlines, FAA, and stakeholders across New Mexico and the Southwest
  • Handle construction administration, grant management, and multi-disciplinary coordination

 

Drive Business Growth

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across the region
  • Support business development efforts to expand our Southwest presence
  • Contribute to proposal development and capture strategies
  • Represent RS&H at regional industry events and professional organizations

What We're Looking For

 

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program
  • 7+ years of civil engineering experience, with 4+ years in aviation
  • PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Proven ability to lead design teams and manage project delivery
  • Strong technical knowledge of aviation design fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel across New Mexico and the Southwest region
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office
