We are seeking a Registered Interior Designer to join our Buildings team in Denver, Colorado.
This is a hybrid role offering flexibility between in-office collaboration and remote work.
This position is ideal for an interior designer who wants more than task-based production work. We are looking for someone who wants to partner with architects, engineers, and clients, influence design outcomes, and help grow a high-performing interiors practice within a national, employee-owned firm.

Pay Transparency Disclosure
The salary range for this position in Denver is $70,000–$90,000 per year, representing the employer’s good‑faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be based on job‑related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location, where applicable.
This role may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, an employee assistance program, retirement and financial protection programs (401(k), short‑ and long‑term disability), paid time off (including holidays and paid parental leave), and HSA funding up to $1,200 annually.
