To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Be comfortable with extensive travel, including extended periods away from home
  • Be comfortable working at heights and in active field environments
  • Have a strong field mindset with interest in hands-on inspection work (not design-focused)
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of relevant field experience
    • (4+ years preferred depending on level)
  • Have experience in construction inspection, bridge inspection, materials testing, or related field work
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a company vehicle
  • Be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Possess strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NBIS (National Bridge Inspection Standards) certification
  • EIT (Engineer-in-Training) or degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology
  • Experience with bridge inspection, load rating, or bridge construction

What We Offer:

  • Paid Vacation, Personal Time Off, and Holiday Pay
