The Technical Discipline Leader provides technical leadership, manages discipline resources, and drives quality and client satisfaction across the portfolio. In partnership with business leaders, this role supports business development, strengthens client relationships, and contributes to sustainable growth, operational excellence, and overall business success.

To be successful in this role, you must:
5+ years of progressive technical experience within the applicable discipline.
7+ years of leadership and supervisory experience managing technical teams and project delivery
Must possess extensive knowledge of the applicable discipline, market sector, regulations, codes, standards, and cost considerations. Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships, promote services, and lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
This position requires strong leadership, analytical, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, team members and stakeholders.
