We are seeking a Bridge Group Leader to join our Denver, CO regional office!     RS&H is the leader in bridge design throughout Colorado and nationally, having completed some of the most complex structures in the state.    Our designs have included curved steel and concrete bridges, the first roll-in bridge in Colorado, and bridges with complex phasing including accelerated bridge construction. We are seeking to hire a Senior Project Manager/Business Development Manager!     This Associate position is a hybrid Management / Business Development position for the Aerospace market approximately splitting time 50/50 between the two functions.    The position is responsible for performing business development activities in the commercial, civil and national security space arena while also performing traditional project management functions.    As a Sr Project Manager, this individual will be responsible for conforming a project to the client's requirements, meeting scheduled milestone dates, internal and external budget constraints, and participating in the selection of subconsultants and delivery of a quality project. This position must be capable of implementing the necessary management techniques required to fulfill this responsibility for the specific project. Provide guidance and support as needed on collaborative project delivery owner advisory work - Forge and manage relationships with contractors and engineering firms to pursue design-build work - Provide risk management, planning and implementation input related to contract reviews and project delivery - Provide guidance and varying levels of involvement and assistance during execution of design-build project work   Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university - Minimum eight years of progressive leadership experience in the alternative project delivery market - Professional Engineering (PE) certification required - Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certification is preferred - Experience leading Design-Build and/or Owner’s Representative service projects - Experience leading large multi-discipline teams - Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Conscientious management of project schedules and budgets - Experience working with DOTs in the Midwest (preferably Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and/or Missouri) on major interstate, interchange, and roadway reconstruction projects #LI-HR Please note: no agency representation or submissions will be recognized for this vacancy.
