The candidate will be knowledgeable on all aspects of roadway plans production and be able to act independently regarding technical matters pertaining to roadway design.     Job Summary:    This position performs all conventional aspects of engineering design and development, including the planning and conducting of work requiring more advanced techniques. This role independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of engineering designs for projects of moderate size and complexity.
