Fosters a diverse knowledge of appropriate discipline principles and techniques - Oversees and leads the delivery of multiple, high-profile design projects that are critical to expanding client relationships and growing our portfolio. The Opportunity: RS&H seeks a Water Resources Engineer to join our Infrastructure Group in our San Antonio, Texas office!       Job Summary: This position is responsible for storm water management, drainage design, hydrologic, hydraulic and water quality modeling, and environmental permitting in accordance with TxDOT, other state transportation agencies, and local municipalities standards, criteria and accepted practices.   Essential Functions: - Prepares project specifications, compiles, and analyzes relevant data, and prepares complete project documents, analysis, and reports. - Analyzes and interprets data.
