We are seeking Record Keepers for our Transportation-Construction Management (T-CM) team in the Houston, TX area.  The Record Keeper will work closely with the assigned Project Manager, Chief Inspector and Engineering staff. They will be responsible for tracking, validating and managing all documentation for the assigned construction project(s) in the area. The ideal candidate will display a high degree of professionalism, organization, and ability to cooperate with co-workers.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assist in setting up filing structure for new projects to align with client requirements - Ensure all pre-construction documents are obtained from the project team and contractor - Coordinate with co-workers, contractor and client to complete required federal documentation at the required frequencies, including prompt pay certifications, CUFs, labor standard reviews, bulletin board checklists, certified payroll review and DBE certifications - Facilitate the completion of all subcontractor approvals - Track and maintain RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders and correspondence - Review change order documentation for validity and compliance with contract documents and compile required backup documentation. - Check project documentation created by co-workers for correctness, compliance with contract documents and client quality standards - Ensure project file integrity and confirm that all required project docs have been collected i.e., payment sheets, material tickets, buy America documentation - Prepare preliminary meeting minutes for the Project Manager’s review - Collect, validate, and manage project field reports, etc. - Prepare project close-out packages upon completion of projects; as-built drawings, pay folders, material tickets, digital records - Compile, review and generate the monthly pay estimate  Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - 7+ years of relevant experience in road and bridge CEI project-related duties - Valid Driver's License and good driving record - Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with email, internet, MS Office products - Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload - Exceptional organizational skills - Effective team player, self-motivated, and quick learner - Excellent communication skills with superior written, oral, and digital communication skills - While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk and hear - Ability to stand; walk; use hands and reach with hands and arms - Ability to sit for prolonged periods (up to 8 hours) - Ability to occasionally sit and stoop - Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds - Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus - Experience with SiteManager, DMS, LCP Tracker, ProjectWise If this sounds like the role for you and you're ready to join an amazing team, please apply.   An Equal Opportunity Employer.
